Walked to the bus stop before work (20 minutes), then from the bus stop to work instead of the second bus (yay me!!! extra 15 minutes). Tonight is my YMCA night. I usually do the treadmill for 30 - 40 minutes then i go into the room with all the machines and do upper body things. I think tonight I will try the eliptical machine to see if it still hurts my knee.
Today's activities-30 minutes /Arc Trainer,180 crunches, 15 minutes resistance.,10 min/recumbent bike. I use 7 resistance machines doing two sets of 15 on each machine. I do have a question. In logging my resistance, do I add the weights of all the reps? I try some type of workout 3-4 days a week. This is my first foray into this arena.
It's been a long time since I started an exercise regimen. I haven't done anything today, because I had a spinal tap this afternoon, but is there anything y'all can suggest I do when I start feeling better in a couple days?
