Thanks to needing my vehicle worked on I logged 4 miles of walking today. My daughter and I walked to the square for her Pop Star Camp week. She had a blast and we talked about the benefits of exercise. Not only was I helping myself but I was encouraging healthy lifestyle habits in my 7 year old.

Yesterday our instructor surprised us with a new workout class called, Athletic Conditioning. The change was fantastic! It was truly motivational and it helped keep me active the rest of the day. I took my 1 year old to the baby gym after work for an hour. We were both read for bed after that workout!

So far today, I have done 25 minutes of 'geriatric' zumba. I started Spark Coach again this week. I'm doing great again this second time around. I've set my Fast Break goals a bit higher this time. Reaching goals, even the little ones really keep me motivated. I'm hoping to learn even more by going back thru the program from the beginning. First time was successful (Oct 2012) - dropped 18 pounds . . . . followed by 5 months of maintenance . . . . now it's time to hit it for another 10!!!
