Stretching Machine for 10
I work tonight doing massage so a lot of my activity comes from that so I really need to focus on strength and felxability now and add in more cardio as time passes... I don't want to burn out. I really just need to feel good enough to keep this up.

Today I spent about an hour and a half planting a garden, first garden I have had in about 15 years. I think it should get me outside and keep me off the couch at night, which is a horrible habit I have. I just find I am so exhausted after work.....hopefully this will work.

I did a 12 minutes low impact workout video here on SparkPeople.
It's a great workout. I never thought I could do such moves.
This really gave me much self confidence.
I was so sad and this workout made me feel so good.
The only problem is that I have slow Internet connection and the video had to stop and load every few seconds. I did some moves while it was loading. But it would be much fun if I'm with the instructor and the great music.
