I did a 12 minutes low impact workout video here on SparkPeople.
It's a great workout. I never thought I could do such moves.
This really gave me much self confidence.
I was so sad and this workout made me feel so good.
The only problem is that I have slow Internet connection and the video had to stop and load every few seconds. I did some moves while it was loading. But it would be much fun if I'm with the instructor and the great music.
