I love water, and everyone close to me know that water is my beverage of preference. When and if anyone sees me drinking anything other than water, they automatically know that I must be having a craving for it. Nothing else quenches my thirst but water.

I have a very hard time drinking water. Coffee, tea are fine but for somereason water just makes me want to spit it out. I remember as a child we visited relatives in the old country and the water was horrible. Perhaps that started my dislike. Do any of you have this problem?
it's actually my favourite drink. i can sit down and drink 500 ML-1 L easily (no worries I have had my blood sugar levels checked as this can be a sign of diabetes) It makes drinking those 8 glasses easy so long as I actually remember :)
I HATE plain water. Used to get my water in with the crystal light packs, but don't want to have those be a crutch either. Now, I fill up a pitcher of water every day and cut up lemons, cucumbers and throw in mint leaves and grated ginger. It gives the water a little flavor and makes me feel like I'm drinking my own "cocktail".
NO! but I do it anyway. I think about what it would be like if I didn't have clean drinking water, like so much of the world right now. Then it seems like a privilege to have it and makes it a little easier to drink it.
Absoutely not! I have to be really thirsty to drink water and then it's kind of iffy! I am currently adding the powered stuff to bottled water and have been searching for flavors I like with no aspartame in it. So far I've found that Arizona tea makes a couple good ones. I also like the new Zero Vitamin Water which uses stevia and sucralose. I wish Crystal Light would give up the aspartame! Even Wal Mart's brand, where I discovered the cherry limeade flavor (YUM) uses aspartame so I might have one bottle of that a day, but no more. But plain water? Not so much!
i agree with rawrrose... i have such a hard time getting in my 8 glasses! i drink about 4 or so while im at work (including my two glasses of crystal light), and maybe one more at home at night if im lucky. i just never seem to get in all 8 glasses... i do try though!
I am not a fan of plain water, at all. I find it really hard to drink. I like to add the little packets of stuff to the water. I get the sugar free kind. It's only 10 calories a serving, which I am sure that I could put towards something else, but if it helps me get it, then that's what I feel I have to do!!!
