NO! My leg was sore in the a.m. and and then I had to babysit for a friend unexpectedly. I'd planned to walk to get Max, my son at school, but I wasn't able to. I have 3 3 and under when they are here. I only have a double stroller. emoticon BUT I am walking him to school today emoticon emoticon
AND I'm doing my yoga before I go so I am limber and won't hurt my knee again!!! emoticon emoticon

Yes. While I didn't go as long, I was able to flat out sprint a half mile. I've beein jogging for 5 months and have never been able to sustain that after 2.5 miles of a controlled pace.

I love the 15 minutes of stretching I did today.
And I also love that I got my husband to do it with me, even if he only stretched for 5.

Yes, I am. We decided to eat dinner later than normal, so while the potatoes were baking, I got on my Gazelle for 20 minutes, and then did my strength exercises. What a great mental boost it gave me for the rest of the evening!
