I love to bake them in the oven and then chop or shred them for anything I would normally use cooked chicken for: quesadillas, hot sandwiches, turkey salad...

substitute for chicken in recipes.

poach and slice thinly for sandwiches - my favorite is sliced with avocado and tomato.

I found some turkey breast filets on sale at my grocery store and thought I would give them a try. Problem is I don't know what to do with them????

Any suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks in advance!
