Baked Fish With Sour Cream 10 Fish filets...such as cod, perch, sole or flounder Paprika Pepper Salt Daisy Lite sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
rinse the fish and pat dry with paper towels Sprinkle each filet with paprika, pepper and a pinch of salt Place in a non stick baking pan or glass dish and cover with Daisy sour cream. Cover the pan and bake in the preheated ov en for 20 to 30 minutes or until the fish flakes with a fork.
Zucchini Coins 2 large zucchini 2 large eggs 1 1/2 c fine dry bread crumbs, canola oil
Wash zucchini and dry thoroughly. Slice crosswise into rounds about 1/4 -inch thick. Preheat oven to 375°F.
Beat eggs in a shallow bowl. Spread bread crumbs on a plate. Dip each zucchini round first in egg, then in bread crumbs, shaking off any excess. Place each round on a baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle with oil.
Cook in oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown. (This can be done with chicken simultaneously to save time.) Sprinkle zucchini with coarse (kosher) salt to taste and serve immediately with lemon wedges. Serves 6. Double the recipe for 10....
Red Potatoes also have less starch in them than white potatoes. Potatoes are rich in carbohydrates. Yes, eat the skin because that's where the fiber, minerals, and nutrients are...like vitamin C, vitamin B and potassium. Potatoes are also low in calories and reasonably cheap. Serve two small red new potatoes or serve a baked sweet potato for each plate.
Apple a day controls hunger and good for your health....buy 10 apples...bake with cinnamon for a desert or snack. Drizzle a tad of honey on each when done.
1 1/2 pound of shrimp cleaned and deveined 1 Tsp. of Vinegar 2 tbs. of Grated parm cheese 5 Lemon slices cut in half
Cook shrimp in boiling water with 1 tsp of vinegar for 3 minutes...then combine the garlic sauce and parm and heat until the cheese melts. Put shrimp in a baking dish and pour the sauce over the shrimp and bake at 300 degrees for 5 minutes.
Garlic sauce 1/4 cup of melted butter2 cloves of minced garlic 1/8 tsp. of chives pinch of salt
Combine all the ingredients in a sauce pan, cook 1 minute ..garnish with 1 half slice of lemon and some parsley to make it pretty.
Serve a small vinegar and oil salad first, steamed broccoli, or steamed green beans with almonds. Have extra lemon wedges on the table as some like lemon on top of the shrimp.

Baked Sweet Pears Delicious, healthy gourmet dessert that's great for entertaining, as a sweet treat or to get in an extra serving of fruit. Ingredients 1/4 tsp cinnamon 3 medium pears 2 fl oz white wine 1/2 cup water 1 tbsp honey
Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Wash pears and set stem-side up in baking dish. In a small bowl combine honey, wine, water and cinnamon. Pour mixture into baking dish with pears. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, basting every 15 or 20 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes. To serve, spoon a bit of the honey mixture over each pear and enjoy the sweet goodness! Note: that actual calories will be lower because a lot of the marinade stays in the baking dish.

I saw a recipe on Food Network by Tyler Florence for a steamed pouch with couscous, fish, veggies, mussels, and lemon. They used some sort of brown paper for the pouch, but you could maybe use foil or find banana leaves if you live near a bigger store. Nice for a party because everybody gets their own serving.
