I agree 520 is too low, although you will surely lose weight. I could go maybe a day or two on that many calories, but that's it! If you are committed to it though, Popcorn is pretty low cal, as are most veggies. Best wishes for you!
Its the starvation diet, NOT the HCG that will make you lose weight. With this low of calories, your body will go into starvation mode and organs can begin to shut down within a few weeks. Your body will deplete its own muscle tissue and bone to make up for the deficit of nutrition and calories even if supplements are used. Some of the damage done over a few months can be irreversible. Before you begin, ask yourself if you can make this into a forever lifestyle change. What happens after you decide to stop this plan for whatever reason, will all the weight plus some return? This is a Unhealthy Fad-someone is making money at your expense! . Please reconsider doing this to yourself.

Do you realize what you are doing to yourself ???? You could end up in a coma for years like that lady a few years ago, husband finally pulled the plug after a serious fight in court with her parents. DON'T DO IT .
EVERYTHING I have read about this comes down to: " Run--Don't Walk--Away From This!!" Please check out some of the threads on here about HCG before you let this happen to yourself. So many have major health problems which linger sometimes for years afterward.....
The fact you put a "?!" in your caption says you already have some yellow flags in your subconscious. LISTEN to those warnings....
Then read some of the blogs of folks like Russel, Wildkat and Bunnykicks ---folks who have lost much weight by eating healthy, limiting carbs to manage their conditions if needed, and being persistent. "Fast" is not the answer you need to weight loss.....
Besides...how many pregnant women do you know who LOSE weight during pregnancy??!! Hormones are NOT to be messed with in my book! patti

I believe the HCG diet is dangerous....by the way, did you see the ads that are now promoting HCG for a more youthful look, just apply the cream/serum to the face and neck and it will make a 53 yr old look in her 30's! Of course it comes with a high price....guess this stuff is a "miracle", make a person lose weight and look young LOL!
My suggestion is to ask for a refund. HCG and B12 do nothing to help weight loss- Even the FDA has provided warnings against using it for weight loss. Human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) is a hormone that supports the normal development of an egg in a woman's ovary, and stimulates the release of the egg during ovulation. HCG is used to cause ovulation and to treat infertility in women, and to increase sperm count in men. HCG is also used in young boys when their testicles have not dropped down into the scrotum normally.
Also, 520 calories a day is dangerously low and it is impossible to meet your bodies nutritional needs on so little food.
Diets like these can help you lose weight, because you cut calories so extremely, but once you go back to eating normally, people put the weight back on almost immediately. It is not safe, nor is it sustainable.
