I don't have the recipe but for one piece of toast, I'd use 1Tbsp ricotta and flavour to taste. Hope that helps.

I used to make toast with riccotta cheese and splenda and cinnamon mixed together.Broil till warm and I need the amounts of ricotta cheese and splenda with cinnamon. Thanks for any help you can render in this matter. Charlene
