Here are some ideas for low calorie foods

One cup of portabella mushrooms provides has 19 calories...Portabellas are mostly water.

Cucumber slices
Due to their extremely high 96% water content, the inside temperature of a cucumber can be up to 20 degrees cooler than the outside air, making them a refreshing, low-calorie food. One whole cucumber equals only 45 calories!

9 Medium Shrimp are only 50 calories....surround them with Romaine and take some cocktail sauce with you

Popcorn is one of the healthiest foods anyone can eat. It has protein, minerals and vitamins… and lots of fiber...1 cup of air [popped popcorn...33 calories, no butter, no salt

1 small apple 52 calories

1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes for just 13 calories and 2 grams of carb

Have a hard boiled egg...Eggs Are Loaded with Nutrients & lots of vitamins 74 calories

Pear and 1 ounce of light Brie about 120 Calories

String Cheese 80 calories, 0 g carbohydrates

Pistachios...25 equals 85 calories

I need a list of pre-made cookies, snacks, cereals and soups that I can buy and sub in for snacks when I don't have time or access to a kitchen or fresh.
So like weight watchers, Special K, fiber one, lean cuisine....ect.
I also need a list of free and food under like 30 calories.
Thank you for your support
