I just pop them in the microwave with a couple of tablespoons of water in a covered dish for about 5 minutes. They're great with a bit of low fat margarine, olive or walnut oil, or glazed with a couple of tbsp. honey mustard. They're actually one of my family's favorite vegetables.
If you want to pretty them up, saute an onion and chopped red or yellow pepper to serve with them. Yum.
The only good thing about falling off the wagon is that it doesn't go anywhere until you're ready to climb back up into the driver's seat again.
