I stopped taking calcium supplements and would like to know a few other ways to add more into my diet. I'm not to big on dairy products and add skim milk to my coffee in place of creamer and sometime eat yogurt or cheese. I don't care for soy, almond, and other "milks" as some don't agree with me. Ideas about eating the recommended amount through food Please.
