Hi there,

I have a wonderful recipe for Mediterranian green lentils with cukes, mint and quinoa or couscous - actually I have lots of excellent vegetarian recipes, but I need to know what you like - do you eat pulses? tofu? Do you like sweet potatoes?, black beans? beets? What are your dietary restrictions? What foods (veg, beans, etc) do you not care for? Do you like curries? spicy foods?

I am not diabetic so will need some help. It sounds like you are new to vegetarian eating. Are you new to being diabetic as well?

Give me some parameters and I will get back to you.

Good luck!

To be without some of the things you want is an indispensable part of happiness.

I could really use some ideas for meals for a vegetarian diabetic. Because of other health issues, I have to be careful what I eat, but I'd like some suggestions. Thanks in advance! (One can only eat so much Greek yogurt.) emoticon
