I love zucchini. I love it grated in a salad or in a home made chicken wrap along with tomatoe and salad greens , the zucchini adds moistness to the wrap . Also . I cook it up in the rice cooker with lentils organic vegtable broth , chopped up red peppers&red onions. It is sooo good :) . Happy cooking :)
