My favorite Paleo cookbooks are WellFed and WellFed 2 (both available free to borrow with amazon prime). Lots of practical ways to maintain the paleo lifestyle. Not so much cookbooks but owner's manuals. We eat hot plates more than half of our meals each week. So easy, tasty and healthy!!
Out of curiosity, have you been able to stick with it? How did you make out with the holidays? I have friends and family that are GF, so I hope that family gatherings won't be a big challenge. I started Paleo in January and w/in 3 weeks lost 18#. I vowed not to get on the scale until the end of the month. I feel like I lost another 10#. I feel much better and this has been much easier to follow than I expected!
PS My Naturopath also recommended this diet and I also got the Practical Paleo on my Kindle.

I am also new to the Paleo lifestyle. My Naturopathic Physician recommended Practical Paleo. I bought my copy on amazon for less than $28 it is also available for the Kindle Edition for less than $10. This has been a great book. There is a ton of information along with some great recipes.
I am slowly changing things in my diet but I am starting to feel better.

I switched over to paleo about 2 years ago (I have my moments but I try to stick as honest to the diet as possible), and I love it! In two years I went from just over 200 to about 170 and I'm feeling healthier than ever!
