There's something sexy to me about pasta. I have been doing Taste of Home's Comfort Food Diet, so there's no lack of pasta recipes there! Here's a really good recipe that is a change of pace from marinara/tomato sauce based pasta dishes. I hope you and the boyfriend like it! :) www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/Easy-Beef-Stro

I second the roast chicken. You could also do fliet mignon, fish, or pork chops. Just depends on what you guys like. Cooking Light is my favorite source for recipes, and they offer a free database on their website.

My special "go to" meal is roast chicken. Buy a Perdue oven stuffer roaster, you can't mess it up because it has a pop up timer. Smear the bird with a bit of olive oil and lots of paprika. Roast some onion, sweet potatoes and celery too. Yummmm

You will have lots of left overs to make chicken salad, chicken fajitas, chicken soup etc etc

FAT FREE STRAWBERRY PIE

2 container of fat-free strawberry yogurt
1 (4 ounce) box strawberry Jello
1 (8 ounce) container fat-free cool whip, thawed
fresh strawberries, sliced
1 fat-free graham cracker crust

Mix box of Jello with 1/2 cup boiling water (to dissolve Jello)
Then mix in yogurt and Cool Whip.

Pour into pie shell and place sliced strawberries on top

Refrigerate about 1 hour.

You can't tell this is fat free YUM!

** note **
you can change the flavor of the pie changing the yogurt and jello flavor
blueberry, lemon, vanilla , etc etc
