My family loves this recipe:
BLACKSTRAP PORK CHOPS
1/3 c molasses
3 Tablespoons Steak Sauce (such as A-1)
1 1/2 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Allspice
1/8 Teaspoon Ground Red Pepper
4 (6 ounces) center-cut pork loin chops (about 1/2 inch thick)
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook 2 minutes on each side. Pour molasses mixture over pork; cook 2 minutes, or until chops are done.
