I am trying to keep low-sodium V8 to use as a base for pasta sauce. I may add a can of diced tomatoes or a bunch of veggies like spinach, zucchini, mushrooms... whatever I have on hand. Sometimes I may brown some ground turkey. Add the spices that you like. I prefer this because the sodium content is so much lower and that is a concern of mine,
