I've never really understood the idea of clean eating "plans." Basically, clean eating just means to eat as little processed food as possible. Look for shorter ingredient lists that aren't laden with chemicals that you've never heard of. Eat lots of lean meat, fruit and vegetables. And follow the dirty dozen (http://www.ewg.org/foodnews/) list for when/when not to buy organic.
While I suppose eating clean can be considered a method of weight loss, as most processed foods contain a lot of fat, sodium, etc, you still have to work to make healthy choices...just choosing "clean" foods will not guarantee weight loss.
Hope this has helped a little...good luck!!
