Tacos, fajitas and/or nachos as a build your own with lots of available toppings and some chips and guacamole would be easy for you, and anyone else concerned, to be healthy.
Make your own subs? Lunch meat or meatballs or BBQ pulled pork/chicken with an assortment of rolls. Chips, veggies, fruit tray, cole slaw as sides.
