Accessible food sources contain magnesium including whole grains, nuts, seeds and legumes.
Sesame seeds contain many valuable nutrients... a source of minerals like copper zinc, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, manganese, selenium and sodium.

Brazil Nuts are high in magnesium, spinach, kale... 1 cup of spinach provides your daily value of magnesium

Poppy Seeds...These seeds are a good source for magnesium

Cabbage High in vitamins K, C, D, and in calicium, magnessium and potssium

Spices have magnesium too!
Bay Leaf acts as an anti-bacterial and is rich in vitamin A, magnesium and vitamin C.
Parsley High in vitamin C, iron, and magnesium
Paprika is a source of magnesium and potassium

I don't have a recipe but here is what I found on a website..........

You can get vitamin D from good ol' free sunshine !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If anyone has receipes high in magnesium and Vitamin D, I would appreciate hearing from you.
