Ditto anywhere I would have used sour cream or cream cheese.

My current favorite is with smashed steamed brussels sprouts and seasonings like black pepper and herbs. Use as a dip with toasted Xtreme spinach and herb tortilla cut in wedges.

I use it for baking. It makes a wonderful yeast dough for kuchens.

Speaking of hummus... I have mixed Greek Yogurt with a little bit of toasted sesame seed oil as a swap out for the tahini sauce when making homemade hummus in a pinch and it tasted great!

I use it in lieu of butter or sour cream in baked potatoes or sweet potatoes. I also use it in chicken taco's. To me it tastes just like sour cream. I eat one every day for lunch with .5oz of BBQ Habanero almonds which gives it a nice salty taste.

Two of my favorites are in faux mashed potatoes (puree: steamed cauliflower, Greek yogurt, sea salt , pepper and a little onion powder) and in a 8 layer dip I serve with veggies (layer in a clear shallow serving bowl or baking dish: hummus, chopped fresh spinach, red pepper strips from a jar, diced tomatoes, sliced olives, Greek yogurt, chopped marinated artichoke hearts, crumbled low fat feta and a drizzle or olive oil).

Sorry for any repeating:

Mixed in oatmeal
Smoothies
In place of mayo in tuna or chicken salad
In place of sour cream in dill/other dips
There's a fun dessert dip that's a box of funfetti cake dip, 1 cup of yogurt and some Cool Whip. I used plain Greek yogurt the first time I made it instead of using the light yogurt it called for. Next time, I think I'll try vanilla.

I am 5'4".

I use it as a substitute for sour cream or heavy cream in things like mashed potatoes and sauces. Here's an example of a recipe where greek yogurt is used in the place of heavy cream to make a creamy tomato sauce for pasta. backtoherroots.com/2012/03/20/penne-rosa-w
ith-shrimp/

Also this recipe for mashed potatoes is my go-to one now, and I use greek yogurt instead of the sour cream that's called for: www.skinnytaste.com/2008/03/garlic-mashed-
potatoes-3-ww-points.html

I've tried it as a sub for cream in more "watery" sauce like for a curry or for soups, but that didn't work out as well... it usually curdles.

I've not tried it, but I've heard it's excellent mixed with a ranch or onion seasoning packet to make a dip for veggies and chips.

Working on maintaining at 140!
