I have a green smoothie almost everyday; its a great way to get at least 3 servings of greens in! I usually do a combination of the following:
kale, spinach and other greens (3-4 cups)
water (1 cup)
oranges or apples or bananas (for flavor and texture)
flax seed (for healthy fat)
You can always add the protein powder; I get mine from some greek yogurt in the morning that I eat while I drink this.
