i don't remember what it is called, but there is one i got from a crock pot cookbook called "whoa oatmeal". the ingredients were oats (regular or steel cut), 2xs as much water as oats, sliced apples, cinnamon, raisins, nuts, anything else you want to add. put all ingredients in crock pot and let cook overnight for 8 hrs. it should come out smelling fantastic and the consistency you like.
here's one version from food network

Overnight Oatmeal
Recipe courtesy Alton Brown

Total Time: 9 hr 10 min.
Prep10 min.
Cook9 hr 0 min.
Yield:4 servings .

Ingredients
1 cup steel cut oats
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup dried figs
4 cups water
1/2 cup half-and-half
Directions
In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients and set to low heat. Cover and let cook for 8 to 9 hours.

Stir and remove to serving bowls. This method works best if started before you go to bed. This way your oatmeal will be finished by morning

Here's one that looks good! I LOVE that it has dried cranberries and apricots and once its done, I think I'd toss in a few slivered almonds or pecans. The steel cut oats make such a nice textured oatmeal, not all goopy and watery.

I've seen a lot of recipes for this on SP recipes. Since I haven't tried one yet, though, I don't have one I can recommend. One thing I can recommend, though, is you may want to use a crockpot liner to make cleanup easier. Oatmeal can be a real pain. :)

I LOVE Quaker instant oatmeal flavor- raisin, date & walnut
http://www.quakeroats.com/products/hot-cereals/instant-oatmeal/raisin-date-and-walnut.aspx

But I would much rather make it myself using steel cut oatmeal & making it a bit healthier.
I only have one oatmeal recipe that I use currently and that is just made in a pan with oatmeal, water, salt & milk. I usually just mix in fruit and I am good lol

I have tried adding cinnamon but it just never seemed to go right and I do like cinnamon so idk...

I am hoping maybe someone has a good crock pot oatmeal recipe, so i can just set it over night. & help me figure out a good amount of like raisins and walnuts and cinnamon and such?

I am just at a loss with trying to come up with this myself lol
