I like to eat frozen fruit with Cool Whip. Also I like to lick a spoon of peanut butter sometimes as a dessert. That might not fly for others though. I have found a great website called Damyhealth.com They have lots of raw desserts that are amazing. Using raw subsitutes for sugar and all the other not so great ingredients. take a look, and see if any of them appeal to you! Some you may see and think... those ingredients just dont sound right... but they actually come together quite nicely in the finishing product.

Now, don't knock this until you've tried it! I came up with this extremely healthy pudding substitute when I joined Sparks and needed something at the end of the day to bump up my protein and iron numbers. Now I make it regularly with various flavorings. Make up a of Cream of Wheat, using water as the liquid. Add some Truvia to sweeten to taste. You can flavor it with cocoa powder, a McCormick extract, maple syrup, etc. Chill it: I portion it out into individual Gladware tubs. As it chills, it thickens up. To serve, I frost it with 2-3 oz of creamy, rich, homemade Greek yogurt. Another alternative to making a healthy pudding based on Cream of Wheat would be to add a package of sugarfree jello or pudding.

Also you can take a melon baller and make small scoops on a plate, top with blueberrie, strawberries, pineapple, drizzle all with a little chocolate syrup and small dabs of cool whip. My version of a healthy low cal. banana split....Yummy! I meant small scoops of frozen banana, but you could use cantalope or honey dew, I`ve never tried anything, but frozen banana.

If they eat bananas you could always try making banana ice cream. Peel and cut up banana. Freeze. Put the frozen banana chunks into the blender and blend and blend and blend. It eventually turns into banana soft serve. You can have it like that or put it back in the freezer to harden (I freeze in individual portions so that it's handy when I want it - it can freeze pretty solid). It's very sweet and really is like proper ice cream. Any use for you?
