go to www.allrecipes.com
When you are on the website, type in the search box what you are looking for example, chicken , pasta, salads etc
When you find a recipe you like , click on it.
On the recipe there is a little box that says "servings". Change the servings to 2 and it will recalculate the ingredients and the calories !!
