I am pregnant with my first child and am having a lot of trouble meeting any of my fitness goals. Biggest of these is just to walk 10,000 steps per day, and I seem to only hit that goal about one day each week. When is your due date?
I'm done having kids but last time I was pregnant I followed the Brewer diet and found it very helpful. It focuses on portions per week of nutrient dense foods and is supposed to help maintain a healthy pregnancy. I also did pre-natal yoga and loved that class. That yoga class got me actually interested in exercising in general. Congratulations and good luck!
Hi all. I am pregnant with kiddo number three and looking for someone for support and accountability during and after pregnancy. I want to try and get back to healthy habits for the remainder of the pregnancy so that going back to trying to lose weight isn't so hard after birthing the baby. Is anyone else maybe pregnant and looking for help as well?
