I only go my scale at home, that way I have consistency in seeing what I am losing or gaining. As for the doctor's scale, it never matches mine. But there I look for a similar weight loss over a certain time frame, and if I lost 9 pounds in 3 months at home, there's should show a 9 pound loss as well or at least very close. Plus like Christina said, our weight fluctuates day to day from many factors.

Use the same scale every time you weigh in. Don't worry about other scales not being the same. Also, remember that our weight can change on a day to day based on water retention, so it is best to weigh in once a week.
Hi I weighed myself last Friday and on tues was at dr and was weighed there where he said lost 9 lb which surprised me but when I weighed myself this Friday my weight is still same as last Friday , who's scale was wrong . Am controlling portion and doing exercise daily
