i had extreme morning sickness with my 1st and 3rd pregnancies. with my 1st celery helped and lots of water little and often. only having the twins worked with my 3rd pregnancy. my 2nd pregnancy i was able to keep running until i was 36 weeks i worked up until i was 39weeks, my last shift was sunday 22nd october 06 i had my little boy on his due date 25th oct.

Looking for other mothers who found a routine that worked despite extreme morning sickness. I am not looking to lose weight, I am looking to stay fit for the pregnancy and to be in shape to get the weight off when I have the baby. Any suggestions?
