I am sorry for your loss. HUGS
You may need to go talk to a professional about your loss. It's hard.

For certain things, sometimes finding a different outlet (sometimes exercise) can help. Taking a walk outside in the fresh air can get you out of the house (away from grabbing food) and moving around.

So, in very early May we found out we were pregnant. We were super excited as we've been trying for a long time. Prior to this I managed to lose almost 30 lbs. Well, my husband graduated from college about a week later and his mother flew in for a week to celebrate. Between my husband's graduation, having out-of-town company, and the pregnancy, there was a lot of 'celebratory' eating out. Add to this the hormonal "I'm always hungry" pregnancy eating and the "it's ok, I'm pregnant" over eating and cheating plus the bloating, I started to gain some weight back that I had lost. Last week I had a m/c, and have been an emotional wreck and has led to even more emotional eating and the "I just don't care right now" overeating and cheating that comes with depression. I would say I gained almost 15 lbs in the month of May and I feel like such a failure.

I'm trying to get back on the wagon but I'm very discouraged.
