I think that at 8 weeks you should be happy that you can almost squeeze into your pre-baby pants. I have had 3 babies the doctor always told me 9 months on 9 months off. It takes time for your body to readjust after having a baby, and every pregnancy is different. I would take things slow so that you do not hurt yourself, and focus and the precious gift your received. Keep watching what you eat and slowly working out and you will have that body back in no time. Congrats on the baby.
