I have done it all....i write it down, my routine, i do everything to stick to it, and it lasts me about a week and then something goes awry and i just cant seem to get back on track for another month. I am trying really hard to make time to excercise, but between working 52 hours a week, having 2 children under 4....waking up at 6 and going to bed at 11:30....i don't know where to fit it in? i dont have alot of support.... my childrens dad has them while i work but hes not cooperative when it comes to helping me have more time. Not to mention im tired of having them go back and forth and back and forth. Between their dads house and mine is about 35 miles and they do that ride twice a day!!! I need some encouragement and some success stories from single moms who made it....cuz im so desperate and just yearning for answer to this problem! PLEASE HELP!
