I was a more frequent user of SparkPeople previously but I got pregnant last October and had my beautiful son in June. Long story short, he's now 6 months old and I still have all of my pregnancy weight plus about 10 lbs.
I have to admit the facts:
A. I weigh 230 lbs. which is by FAR the most I've ever weighed (I weighed 120 in high school and college)
B. I can't seem to find any time to work out and I honestly can't remember the last thing that made me sweat - other than labor!
C. It's incredibly hard for me to find the motivation and the time to eat properly.
and most importantly...
D. I do want to change. I don't like the way I feel at this size and I want to be able to play and have fun with my son.
Any advice/motivation/anything that you all can help me out with, I'd greatly appreciate it!
