as far as fast food, subway has some healthy options. : )
When buying groceries for my family, I try to buy lunchmeats, hotdogs, bacon with no nitrates-so I still have to limit eating at subway. But they have some great options for on the go options to help you stay within your daily ranges!
Jimmy Johns, however isn't so great. 700 calories and 30 fat grams for their #12-beach club with avacado spread. Not the healthy choice I once thought it was.
