We ate a lot at Wolfgang Puck Express in Downtown Disney, and the food seemed to be much fresher and no doubt healthier than a good chunk of the other places. If you're on a Disney Quick Service dining plan, it is BY FAR the best food for your meal allowences.
Another thing to consider is the amount of walking you will be doing in a day- a lot of calories will be burned off. Wear good, worn in walking shoes, lol. Your feet will thank you. :)
Also, a little tip, if you are on the dining plan, use your refillable mug for your drink at breakfast and keep the bottled drink that is included in your breakfast for the day.
