Just wanted to say thank you all for listening to me. We've talked and worked everything out. He just needed some time to cool off. Thanks again!

I'm feeling your post! My former best friend and I were in eachother's lives for 26 years and then things changed suddenly (long story).

It's been 7 years since the "break up" happened and we're finally back..having small talk and civil conversation.

What I remember most is the grieving - it is very much like a death of sorts.

Here's wishing your heart some breathing space and healing.

It is very difficult losing a friend; my friend and I had a blow-out about 2 years ago and did not speak for about 6 months. After finally speaking we realized it was not about us really just some stress we were dealing with.

It may take time but do not blame yourself. There might possibly be something else he is dealing with. Give it time.... Good Luck.

Mystic, you can't help or control what your frined thinks. You can only do your best to be openand to let him know that you are ready. If talking won't help, there are cards and letters. Some people just make up their minds to not reconnect, so, do what you can for your own peace of mind and the friendship, but don't hold it against yourself if he does not want to come back.

Hi, I need help. I can't seem to pick myself up and I'm lost and heartbroken over a misunderstanding with my best friend.

He has been my friend for 12 yrs and we have never fought in all this time until this past month. Each week we have a misunderstanding and then he will ignore me for a week.

This has been happening for a month now and all I want is for us to resolve it and he won't even talk to me. Last Monday he spoke to me for only a brief moment and I let him rant and rave just to let him get it out hoping he would feel better.

He said we would speak about it the next day. He went back to ignoring me. Last night he spoke for a second to me. We played an online game together and we lost and I told him I was sorry for the loss and he said it wasnt my fault he was tired. He left without saying anything.

I just want my best friend back? I'm tired of feeling all this pain. I'm dieing inside and I can't take all this pain. I need advice and prayers please.

Thank you and God Bless

Balsamic Strawberries with Ricotta Cream (Chef Meg's Makeover)
Submitted By: CHEF_MEG

Strawberries are combined with tangy and sweet balsamic vinegar and creamy ricotta in this quick and simple dessert. Chef Meg took a member-submitted recipe and made a few changes--and even tried this recipe with her own homemade ricotta. (It's easy!)

TIP: Use a local honey in this recipe to add even more flavor. Each honey has a unique taste. Full Recipe
