I have no good advice - just remember that you'll feel better when you do workout! So, good luck!

And congrats!

emoticon New Dad to be!! And you've received some great advice -- the walks with the stroller -- your child will love it and so will you and your wife! Outdoors is the perfect place to be and enjoy that family time!

Do you have a good support system in the mother of your children? Sharing the responsibility of "long nights" will be important. Adjusting the time, exercise when the baby naps or sleeping during this time. Find a double stroller so you all can get out for walks if possible (when the new born is old enough you can get a double jogging stroller). Things may need to be adjust for a few weeks but fit exercise in when possible. Play with your toddler for exercise (I have toddler too). Good luck!

I'm the father of a toddler, and I have a baby on the way in three weeks. I remember the long nights of getting up to change diapers, and to feed bottles. My exercise and sleep routines are pretty good right now. I'm concerned that they'll all go out the window with the unpredictability of a new baby. Any advice?

This is a recipe i put together last night with the veggies I had in the fridge and my husband and daughter LOVED it. Very yummy over ride pilaf or couscous. You can add chicken or fish to make this a non-veggie meal Full Recipe
