Every day! At least before I leave them in the morning, and before bed, and usually a few other random times too. I love my kids more than anything. Sometimes I forget to tell my husband though.
My Son is almost 19 years old, and If I don't tell him I love him 4...5... or 6 times a day rather it's to his face or in a text I don't tell him at all...he is my life and he know's it!!

To my almost 2 yr old I say "I wuv you, wuv you, wuv you." It's always 3 times in a row and I say wuv because that's how she says it. My 11 yr old acts annoyed 1/2 the time I tell her that I love her. But she will just have to deal with it because she hears it a few times a day.

Those words are the first thing my son hears in the morning and before he goes to sleep. I did not hear those words as a child nor come to think of it during the time I was with his father. I am hoping that knowing he is loved and was very much wanted by his mother will help him to grown up feeling very secure.

I tell my daughter all the time that I love her. We have this thing before one of us leaves we have to give the other a hug and kiss and then say I love you. You never know what the future holds.

Yup, as I dropped them off at daycare this morning!
Saying that is so important... My family didn't used to say it much, it was understood. Then my very close friend lost her mom to cancer (they found out very late, she only lived a month beyond the diagnosis) and ever since then, my mom and I say it at the end of EVERY conversation, and we talk on the phone every day! It's been almost 10 years, and we both still say it every time. Sometimes it takes something like that a little too close to home to remember the little things, kwim?

Yep, can't count the times I tell my 2 year old! I'm probably not as good with my 6 month old son though I guess as he doesn't really know what I'm saying. I'll have to remember to tell him too!

I tell my two kids I love them to the moon and back everyday - multiple times. I think sometimes I tell them so much they get tired of hearing it. But, If I don't say it at an expected moment - I get, aren't you forgetting something??? Especially from my youngest. We also text when they are with their father - "to the moon and back" is all that is said and all 3 of us know the love is there and never ending!!

My children are grown now but while they are growing up I told them I loved them everyday, I admired how smart they were and how pretty or handsome they were. I also told my students that. Why? My mother rarely told me she loved me. Even more rarely told me I was smart or pretty. That sadness is still with me. When I speak to my grown children on the phone, I STILL tell them how much I love them, I admire their bright brains and miss seeing their beautiful faces. They have come to appreciate those compliments even more now that they are grown.

Absolutely! I try to make sure to tell them many times during the day. Sometimes I just look at them and am overcome with emotion and tell them. Other times they are driving me nuts, its been a rotten day and I feel like all I have done is yell. On those days I make extra sure to tell them so they know my love is unconditional.
Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense. Ralph Waldo Emerson

yes - especially my middle son as it is also his birthday!
I did this morning as I dropped her off at daycare. We say it every morning and every night:
"I love you as high as the sky and as deep as the ocean, from the tips of your toes to the end of your nose."

I tell my son that I love him 12 days out of every 14. (no, I'm not being mean the other two - it's just that he spends every other weekend with his mom and I usually don't get to talk to him those two days).
A few months ago he was helping me with a facebook survey that requires parents to interview their kids. One of the questions was "Do you think I love you, and if so, how do you know?" He responded "of course you do and I know because you tell me ALL THE TIME!" Oh well, too bad, I'm going to keep on tell him.

Our son is 11 and we tell him daily. I think it is important that everyone takes the time to appreciate their loved ones. Our son hears it at least 5 to 10 times a day. It's the norm at our home and I will continue it . I have friends who say we are lucky because our son will hug us and say I love you in fromt of anyone. He never cared who was around when he said it it. No matter what goes on in our day whether he is grounded etc we instill in him no matter what the situation we always love him.

Of course! I tell her all the time and she is starting to tell me that she loves me as well. This is a really fun age :)

I did a lot but this is normal for us. But on a side note my daughter told me today I was her hero because I didn't let her slip in the driveway.
She really can brighten a person's day.

my husband & i tell eachother & our children everyday. at the end of every call, before every drop off somewhere, every morning when they get up & every night before they go to bed.
life is too short & for some, it's even shorter. never walk away or go to bed angry. tomorrow, none of it will matter anyway.

Several times. My 6 yr old is still at the age where she finds the whole "I love you more" argument funny and sometimes she just randomly out of nowhere says "I love you, Mom". I wonder how many more of these times I'm gonna have sometimes! Kids grow up so fast!

On World Vegetarian Day, most people aren't willing to trade in their turkey for tofurkey. Luckily, you can still reap the benefits of vegetarianism by trying flexitarianism on for size.
Most pasta salads are heavy on the pasta and light on everything else. This version, which can be served warm or cold, includes a hefty portion of vegetables--both spinach and tomatoes.
