Full credit? Your body will give you full credit...lol If you are talking about one of your spark trackers then you can manually input how many calories you burned but you need to be using a heart rate monitor or something like that to know how many calories you actually burn. The number that is listed in the trackers are just average estimates to give you an idea, not an actual number...
I still can't figure out how to get the full credit from doing my bike workouts. They are high cardio and leave me much more exhausted than when I do my race walking. I've recorded some pretty high numbers in the walking department but not so with my bike. Is there some kind of formula I could use to convert my time and distance from rotations to steps?
