Odyessy home gym and a old beat up dread mill. I live pretty far from town so the home gym keeps me occupied during the winter months. Safer that way as we sometimes get snowed in.

I find I enjoy different activities at each. I prefer spin cycle with a group but like to work out with the weights during sports on TV at home

There's an inexpensive neighborhood gym nearby. Pretty meager shower facilities, but everything else is OK. Next trip here may do a month to month membership - good to get cardio and shoulder exercise at the same place.

That really depends on your choice. I tried both types of trainings and at the current tyme I prefer workouts at home emoticon Gyms are cool because they have such cool sport equipment like on these examples stylemann.com/best-proform-elliptical-revi

, also they sometimes motivate you with the help of other people who train there emoticon
But on the other hand it's not comfortable to go there, especially after work, also sometimes they're situated too far from your home... I really didn't like this fact! emoticon
I think that home trainings can be very effective too, if you continue them regurarly emoticon Also it's possible to have some similiar equipment in your house, in my case I'm totally satisfied with having one elliptical emoticon

Gym primarily. Getting PT for shoulder injury and have adapted the PT exercises to the available gym equipment. Then can do cardio to help with bicycling endurance, and, finally, as a treat - 10 min in sauna (all I can stand). It's also where I take my daily shower.

At home can do most of the shoulder stuff, ride my own bike, and walk. No sauna.

Home for some quick stuff Push up, Sit up, Jacks, Squats.

Anything else I would need to go to a Gym as I don't push myself to do it at home.

Personally I get really bored at a Gym. For last 5yrs I have been doing Martial Arts (Jiu-jitsu). Started off in a Japanese style then moved to BJJ. Since starting BJJ I have drop weight before joining Spark and increased my Cardio.

Gym. I do some work at home (or hotel room if situation dictates) but having a place whose sole singular purpose is exercise/fitness helps mitigate would-be distractions that I'd encounter at home like tv, phone call, computer, knock on the door, etc.

To each his own of course.

Home - I live in the country and commute to the city daily for work.

It's not possible to get to a gym in the city. So, the home gym is absolutely a deluxe space with weights, machines, etc.
