Interesting question. I just tallied it all up, and so far this year have gone 1068 miles (1718 km) according to my fitbit.

My 2014 goal was 1000 miles since I only did 900 last year, but I just hit 1000 miles in October here so I guess I will have to up my goal...lol. I am going to try for 1200 miles this year. So how is everyone else doing this year?

Completing 600 miles is not that hard as long as you break it down. It is only 50 miles a month assuming you have already started...lol. So far I am at about 300 miles for this year and hopefully I can keep on this track...lol

That's impressive both of you.

My goal is just over 600 miles this year (which is the approx distance from the top of Scotland to the lowest point of England, as the crow flies).

I use a FitBit to track my distance per day. Your post made me look at my totals for 2013 and I just about hit the floor. For 2013, my distance was 1,966.02 miles. So, this year I think I'll shoot for 2,000 miles.

I was shooting for putting in over 900 miles this year but I was 8 miles shy of reaching my goal. But considering the year of taking off for being sick and a few injuries that sidelines me for a while I think I came close enough...lol. Considering I only do my training ever other day at the most so my body can rest, that works out to almost 5 miles a day (if I could have actually gone out ever other day). So hitting 1000 miles for next year should not be a problem...especially with the training I am putting in during the next couple months leading up to completing my first full marathon on March 2nd.

Anyone else tracking their mileage this year?
