I don't know what I did yesterday but I was on a 10k walk and about half way through I got a sharp pain in the top of my left foot. I thought it was my lases tied to tight so I loosened them off but it only got worse. I stopped for awhile but continued home the remainder of the way and now I'm unable to even stand on my left foot today. Every time I wiggle my toes or move my foot up or down I get sharps pains. I have been exercising daily for over a month and never had any issues but I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this and if so is it just over training and in need of a day or two rest or something worse that should be looked at.
