I'm in the same boat - second time on spark and the reason I came back here is that I know taking the time to track my food intake helps me understand just how much I eat and what I consume makeup-wise. Right now I'm in the mind frame to "stick with it" and make it work - too bad I'm easily distracted after a few weeks or month. That is why I'm trying to use these boards and talk about it so that possibly I will keep with the program. I feel much better when my pants and shirt-neck fit comfortably and I can tie my shoes without strain.
I have found out this time that I love the 10minute exercise videos - I can always sneak one or two of these in so that I get at least some exercise in every day - I feel much better and motivated to do more once I do 1.
