All of the above, depending on my schedule.

Sessions at the gym are during the workday, since I can break away from work more easily on certain days. That's when I do cross-fit and heavier weight training

I supplement gym time with early morning workouts, at about 5:00 am -- mostly cardio, light-weight circuit training, and flexibility work such as pilates. Fitting in the morning workouts depends on whether my 3-yr-old twins are awake or not. They want to "help" me work out, which leads to non-productive (but fun) time.

If I haven't been able to fit in an early morning workout, I try to squeeze one into the schedule in the evenings, after the tots are in bed.

Always before work and on an empty stomach for Crossfit workouts. I'm doing those at 6am Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri. Wednesdays are light activity after work. Sat and Sun are full up with little league baseball and softball practices and games so I am pretty active then too.

I workout early morning before work.

It is not okay for an alcoholic to get drunk once in a while.

So do not tell a food addict it is okay to eat like sh*t once in a while

I work out during my lunch break at least 4 days a week. A couple evenings a week I'll take a brisk walk/jog with the dog for 2-3 miles.

On weekends I generally like to work out mid to late mornings by either mountain biking or hiking some of the terrific north Georgia trails.

I normally workout before work - usually between 5am-6am Mon-Fri.
Tues or Wed nights I'll do some plyometrics or biking/running.

I start my workout at 0400 and go for 1 hour! I do this 6 days a week (mostly cardio). I plan on doing some strength training when I drop down into "ONEDERLAND -- below 200lbs" I'll be able to do weights during my lunch break.
