All of the above, depending on my schedule.
Sessions at the gym are during the workday, since I can break away from work more easily on certain days. That's when I do cross-fit and heavier weight training
I supplement gym time with early morning workouts, at about 5:00 am -- mostly cardio, light-weight circuit training, and flexibility work such as pilates. Fitting in the morning workouts depends on whether my 3-yr-old twins are awake or not. They want to "help" me work out, which leads to non-productive (but fun) time.
If I haven't been able to fit in an early morning workout, I try to squeeze one into the schedule in the evenings, after the tots are in bed.
