I think the slim-fasts are a little too slim on protein amounts. But they taste pretty good.

what about the slim fast shakes? I know they have alot of sugar, but they are delicious, the vanilla, that is. As long as I stay within calorie range, it should be ok right? They have alot of vitamins and minerals.

I make my own balsamic vinagrette - equal parts olive oil, balsamic vinegar and water plus some dijon mustard to spice it up.

For protein shakes, I use Xtreme power whey. It comes in lots of great flavours. I usually mix it with water and berries to make a smoothy in the mornings.

I found a sugar free raspberry vinagriete at walmart that I can't taste the difference with. Its got like 5 cals per serving so no shame in putting that on a spinach salad with some cheese and raisins or strawberrys :)

And for protein, I have the Optimun Nutirion 100% Gold Standard Whey Protein in strawberry. Absolutely delicious. I add it to skim milk after I lift and its 200 calories and I'm not even hungry for dinner those nights.

I'm 5'8" stinks being shorter

Ditto on Premier Nutrition. Available as well at Sam's Club.

30g protein; low, low sugar.

I only drink 1 a week or so, as I like 0% fat Greek Yogurt (plain) and hard boiled eggs more for my extra protein intake, but they come in handy and are inexpensive.

I use balsamic dressing. Protein shakes: Kaizen powder from Costco with frozen berries and water in the Magic Bullet and voila, a nice shake. One a day, under 200 calories.

It is, although we might be getting a wee bit too girly for the Guy's Lounge.

Guys, please feel free to tell us to knock it off as required. emoticon

also, to add to this post without creating a new one, does anyone drink protein shakes? I find the slim-rite generic version of slim fast to be very delicious, but contains alot of sugar. What do you guys think?

you guys, are there any good tasting salad dressings out there? I could eat salad if I had a good tasting salad dressing. I refuse to eat anything I don't like. Low calorie also of course!
