today was a rest day for me. Yesterday rode my bicycle 101 miles in 17 mph winds with gusts to 33 mph

When exercising you have to just keep moving one foot at a time.

not since the weekend; I hurt my back changing out winter tires for summer tires on two cars and I'm still in some pain today. I'd feel better about it, except I have to change out the winter tires for summer tires on my car Wednesday night!

ugh.
