25 minutes on an arc trainer, then 47 minutes on an elliptical-most cardio I've done in a year. Elliptical was tough, but I made it through...holiday party yesterday so I had extra motivation to burn off the lasagna! :-)

35 minutes of cardio-25 minutes on an arc trainer, then 10 on an elliptical. Less than I would have liked-shooting for 45 minutes, but got to the gym late. Oh well! Try again for 45 tomorrow.
