15 minutes on the exercise bike, 30 interval minutes on the treadmill (walking, can't run) and 20-30 minutes in the weight room. I want to push myself today... I've been working out well for two months and I want to up my intensity just a bit. I think I am ready.

already completed my Les Mills Combat and Zumba
will be working at home on lesson plans and master's degree classes
plan to work out all day between work - I have 10 minute solution DVDs
