90 minutes ice skating & 45 minutes walking.

I have chronic kidney disease and low blood pressure & blood clots in both lungs for 3 years..I am 54 years old. I am starting the Fall Challenge ,Firecrackers Team,on P.S.T. My exercise plan is 2400 minutes a month.I do walking, ride the bike at the gym 65 minutes, 3 times a week & go ice skating for 90 minutes 2 times a week for people over 50. My name is Linda

I just finished month 1 of chalean extreme so today is my rest day BUT I will try and find a good 30 min cardio workout program as chalean only has 2 days of cardio and I think I need to add at least 1 or 2 more per week =)

Ice skating 75 minutes at the rec. center.
I have a free pass everything included till the end of March, when they close for the summer. It takes 10 minutes each way to walk there. It is 2 days a week. Next month for 7 weeks they have a women's exercise class on the ice as well. I qualify with a different subsidy it will cost $7.00 for the 7 times. I also have a free 1 month gym pass I got at their yearly open house for the gym.
