I have to drop my dog off at the groomers. I'm planning on going to the gym while he is being groomed... so I'm bringing my swimsuit and towel, planning on doing some swimming, and going on the treadmill a little too. Or doing some weights!!!

not sure what... and then going back, picking up the dog, and getting some healthy stuff at the grocery store.
