I intend to start off the day by getting up at 6am and jogging to the gym. I hope to arrive there at 6.15am and get a big shoulder session in before I have to go to school at 8.30am. After school I will go for some hill sprints for around 45 minutes then returning home for a protein shake and into bed by 10.30pm.
