Today I have quite a few household chores I need to do: dishes, mopping, scrubbing. If I get those done and my other paperwork done, I might go to the gym for a light cardio. Yesterday's workout was intense, so today should be easier

I will warm up with my usual 15 minute walk and then proceed to train my back with lighter weights and higher reps and lightly train my biceps. I will then finish up for the day with an hour of moderate HIIT. I will try to maintain a boxer's shuffle between sets to keep my heart rate up.
It is my scheduled "treat" meal today so I've added an additional 30 minutes of HIIT as well as an active rest period between sets.
