Here are some of my favorites for when I really have a time crunch:

gh-workout

They're each 10 minutes long, which means even if I only have 20 minutes that day I can still squeeze in a warm up, one of these workouts, and a cool down. Or I can string them all together and have a good full body workout.

The Fitness Blender site is very cool! I will be exploring the videos there at length.

Did this workout this morning.www.youtube.com/watch?v=FjARMJtOOjw Then went for a 5k run and had my fastest time in a long time and felt great.

I love working out!!

Here's another one of my favorites, this time for lower body: www.fitnessblender.com/videos/brutal-butt-
and-thigh-workout-lower-body-strength-
training-sweatfest

@ZRIE014 - that's one of my favorite things about the Fitness Blender videos. I get someone to help keep me on track and help me maintain even timing on my reps, and can easily change up my routines (without having to put a ton of thought into it), but there's no background music so I can pick whatever I want.

Hawkthree - Secure links don't work on the message board for whatever reason, so if you just delete the "s" in "https", they work:

@OLGA18

If you copy the link, you can probably find it with a google search. For some reason the 'Add a Link' isn't working with this Youtube. Or try replacing the https with http:

LadyRedComet I am so stealing this link and going to try this upper body routine tomorrow. The gym where I exercise is a bit small but has a great collection of benches and dumbbells. Often on Saturday mornings I have the place to myself and can rearrange stuff to where I need them for this routine.

I'm ready for a change up in my strength training and this looks like a good start.

Thanks for sharing.

I do this one pretty regularly. It hits the lower body from so many different angles. Warm up is not included.

Niteman - Those are very cool, great for anyone with barbells already!

I have limited space so my workout equipment consists of a set of powerblocks (bought used), a few lighter free weights, a couple kettlebells, a pull up bar, yoga mat and a foam roller. A collection 20 years in the making that only takes up 3' x 2' x 1' of my small home.

I did this video yesterday + 100 walking lunges and a 5k walk to to the grocery store for fresh vegetables. I had the day off, trying to cram it all in! emoticon My legs are feeling tight today.

I just found these guys the other day.

I liked that she did mostly weights for the upper body since right now I just cannot do a push up to save my life!

My wife loves these and I think if you search you will find all flavors of exercise including resistance:

I'm always looking for good strength workouts so I thought we could make a thread of links to our favorites for some muscle gain motivation!!

My current favourite is a kettlebell workout. I did 3 rounds yesterday!
