I only want to say that every exercise burn calories but "YOGA EXERCISES" burns more calories as compared to any other because yoga depends on inhale and exhale of oxygen as it refreshes the blood through pure oxygen.

I wasn't sure what to call the exercising I just did for 1 hour 15 min (woohoo go me!) And it seems like too high of a "calories burned" count...it is almost my weekly goal of 800 calories! I chose "aerobics, low impact" because I brought my daughters on a paved trail. I was pushing a heavy double stroller with a 2 1/2 year old with one hand, and guiding my 4 1/2 year old up and down hills on her new bike with the other hand. I was walking at a very brisk pace and at times jogging. Can anyone recommend a better type of exercise to search or do you think this is accurate? By the way - I feel awesome! What a great way to start our day!!!

only about 50 but by the end of the day around 600 to 700



Made it, this time to my goal of 72K but reset it 70k to let me go up or down. I will be very happy to stay between the two.

Yesterday 600 calories on my elliptical gold's gym, and 250 with a strength training dvd. I love Gilad's exercise videos!
Today 600 on my elliptical. Wow I am impressed with 2000 on the bike, you must be going the distance!

How much I burned probably seems little in comparison to others because I only weigh about 115pounds (the less you way, the less calories you burn), but my 300 calories burned took 4 miles of running.

616 today and I keep getting this little message in red saying I'm taking in way to few calories for the amount of calories I'm burning!!! Don't see how that can be bad,but I know according to the charts I'm not getting nearly enough protein daily and usually too many carbs. Gotta get to eating lots of veggies as I've hardly had any the last 2 wks.just not in the mood!!! ugh!!!
