There used to be away to create weekly workouts fairly easily, but that seems to have gone the way of the dodo :(
What you can do is for this one week, add the exercises you want to do each day. Then use the daily exercise to create a grouping, which will save all of the exercises on that day to one clickable thing that you can add to your tracker the next day you do them.
Good morning/afternoon/evening everyone. I need just a "little" help. I'm "TRYING" to generate a weekly workout from My Fitness.
I am going to my trackers, my fitness and selecting the items that I have access to at my gym and when that is done, it gives me categories to choose from (Beginner/Advanced, etc). I select one program for "Core" and it's only for that one day.
How do I create a "weekly" workout? Will I need to do this on a daily basis, or is there another way to do my workout calendar in one sitting?
