I usually change out of my work clothes and into my gym clothes, drive to the gym and then go. I do try to leave work behind me when I change clothes, I don't have to do too much to focus on the workout ahead.
I don't do that. I might (on my way to my workout room) be telling myself that I can do this, no matter what, etc. etc. But usually I sort of want to, I just need to decide WHAT one I want to do.Sometimes I just have to tell myself I need to do the harder workout. Just depends on the day. And like JAMIRBLAZE, I tell myself that I can get through it, and I will feel AWESOME! (that is ALWAYS true).
